Why does hearing Tiny Dancer always make me want to cry?

Do you remember the scene from Almost Famous, where they are all singing Tiny Dancer on the tour bus? Hurts me just to think about it.

You know sometimes when people think the words to a song are actually something else? Well, I once heard that somebody thought the words to that song were actually- "hold me closer Tony Danza".
